Is this a ready-stock item? 请问这是现货吗？ 
All the items are served in ready stock base, except for those labeled as 'BACK ORDER' or 'PRE ORDER'. On a conservative estimate, please give at least 7 - 20 days for pre-order/back order items.

When will my parcel be shipped? 下单后多久会发货呢？
All the parcels will be shipped within 1-3 working days when the order is confirmed and items are fulfilled.

Can I exchange or return if the items do not fit me? 如果不适合可以更换或退货吗？
